AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Gentlepiece ("we," "us," or "our") about your use of the Gentlepiece mobile app ("App"). By selecting "Accept and continue" or by using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, please do not use the App. The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will show the new "Last updated" date in the App and tell you about important changes. If you keep using the App after a change, the updated Terms apply. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The App, including its software, design, text, sounds, original artwork, the name "Gentlepiece" and its logo, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Some paintings in the App are in the public domain; other pictures, fonts and sounds are used under their own licenses. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. 3. USER REPRESENTATIONS By using the App, you confirm that: (1) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Service; (2) you are at least 18 years old; (3) you will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (4) your use of the App will not violate any applicable law. 4. ADS AND REWARDS The free version of the App shows ads. Some extras, such as harder levels, hints and bonus XP, can be unlocked by choosing to watch a short rewarded video. The reward is shown before you choose and is given only when the video is completed. Ads depend on your internet connection, region and privacy choices, so a video may not always be available. You never have to click an ad or buy anything from an advertiser. XP, levels, stars, streaks and other in-game rewards have no money value and cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred. 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES AND PAYMENT Gentlepiece Ad-Free removes all ads and opens every difficulty, hint and extra while your subscription is active. It is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play. The price in your local currency, the billing period and any free trial are shown before you confirm the purchase. All payments are processed by Google Play using the payment method in your Google account. Taxes are added where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown, until you cancel. If we ever change a price, Google Play will notify you in advance as required. You can restore your subscription on a new phone with "Restore access" in the App while signed in to the same Google account. Your Ad-Free access is checked with Google Play and remembered for up to 3 days offline. Backup files of your progress are not proof of purchase. Earlier one-time Ad-Free purchases continue to be restored. 6. FREE TRIALS Some plans may start with a free trial (for example 7 days). When the free trial ends, you will be charged the plan price automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Google Play sends a reminder before the trial ends. Free trials are available once per Google account, as decided by Google Play. 7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS You can cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play: open the Play Store → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gentlepiece → Cancel subscription. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep Ad-Free until then. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies and your consumer rights. If you are unsatisfied, please email us at fasihrizviofficial@gmail.com. 8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES As a user of the App, you agree not to: - Copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the App or its content. - Decompile, reverse engineer or bypass any security or purchase feature of the App, except as permitted by law. - Use cheats, scripts, bots or any automated means to use the App or to obtain rewards. - Interfere with ads, including clicking ads dishonestly or encouraging others to do so. - Use the App in a way that violates any applicable law or the rights of others. 9. YOUR PICTURES You can make puzzles from your own pictures. Your pictures stay yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use and share any picture you import. Do not import pictures that are illegal or that infringe the rights of others. 10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT The App uses Google Play and Google AdMob, which have their own terms and privacy policies. Ads are provided by third parties; showing an ad does not mean we endorse the advertiser or its products. Any purchase you make from an advertiser is between you and that advertiser. 11. PRIVACY POLICY We care about data privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy, available in the App (Me → Privacy policy) and on our website. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms of Service. 12. YOUR PROGRESS AND DATA Your progress is stored on your device. Use Me → Your progress to export a backup before you reinstall the App, clear its data or change phones. Importing a backup can replace your current progress. We are not responsible for progress lost because a device fails or data is deleted. Daily reminders are optional. Your phone's settings, battery saving and other conditions can delay or prevent them. 13. TERM AND TERMINATION These Terms of Service apply while you use the App. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it (please cancel any subscription in Google Play first). We may suspend or end access to the App if you break these Terms of Service or the law, while respecting the rights of paying users. 14. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS We may change, update or remove parts of the App at any time, for example to fix errors or improve it. We cannot guarantee the App will always be available or work on every device. Ads, purchases and restoring purchases need an internet connection. 15. DISCLAIMER THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE APP IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND RELAXATION AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL OR HEALTH ADVICE. 16. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. 17. CONSUMER RIGHTS Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by the law of the country where you live. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country. 18. MISCELLANEOUS These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App. If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. 19.
